An OK building
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s rent controlled, neighbors are decent and close to the multiple subway lines
Cons:
Can be dirty, old and needs updating

Corners Cut on Issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, rent stabilized apartments
Cons:
Multiple water line issues with ceiling leaks patched and never really fixed. Took forever to get a real fix, which ultimately never happened. I moved out before it was addressed
Advice to owner:
Stop cutting corners and take care of the property you own for your and your tenants' sake.

Half-Done
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice location. Management company handles issues after you report them to 311.
Cons:
They provide only the BARE MINIMUM of heat. The super is nowhere to be found on weekends, so if there's an emergency, you'll be dealing with it. The management company often is unresponsive or sends canned responses to serious complaints.
