Okay place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s close to 2/3 line and close to 125th. Don’t really hear outside noise if you are not street facing
Cons:
No recycling, they have bins but they throw it all together. Super is nice but he doesn’t actually fix anything. Small hallway so you can’t have nice furniture- you have to assemble in house or have small stuff.

Good sized apts w/ amazing super. Very rough neighbors and building needs work.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apt size, the superintendent.
Cons:
Some really unfortunate neighbors who have taken advantage of covid's eviction moratorium. Lots of leaks. Bugs come and go but they do offer free exterminator visits.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the problem tenants as soon as you're legally able to. You know who they are.
