Central Harlem apt
Former Tenant
Pros:
The size of the rooms and living space was great. The super was super responsive and easy to work with.
Cons:
The street noise, the fire engines blaring at 3am from the firehouse down the street. The absolute dirtiness of the entire building. Multiple times I had to walk over homeless people sleeping in the Lobby.
Advice to owner:
Clean the building/stairs not just the lobby. Get rid of the rats in the walls. And if you can find a way to make the guy across the street stop blaring his music at 3am that would be amazing.

2259 Adam Clayton Powell Jr Boulevard
Former Tenant
Pros:
My apartment was newly renovated, it is spacious for its price, I love the open air kitchen and large living area. Rooms are also large. Good value for money in this sense. The super is also very helpful. Near a lot of supermarkets. Washer and dryer in unit.
Cons:
The neighborhood can be really noisy.
Advice to owner:
I don’t know what you can do to make the opposite neighbor stop playing loud music at night.
