Decent spot for good price, annoying bugs
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is absolutely amazing, I’m right next to a subway stop and Whole Foods, not to mention several other major shopping centers. The room sizes in all the apartment are outstanding, especially for the price I’m paying. My closets are huge and my floors are real hard-wood. You can’t beat the apartment space for the price you’re getting
Cons:
The building is a little smelly because the trash is kept inside, and the bugs are a bit much in the summer. It’s like no matter how often the apartment is cleaned, the bugs don’t go away.
Advice to owner:
Get a better exterminator (like a professional one that fumigates); the exterminators who come currently do the bare minimum and do things that average, non-trained people could do.
