Terrible- Do Not Live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments themselves are pretty ok and have a fair amount of space.
Cons:
-constant bug infestations
-water goes off with no warning
-constant broken front door with people coming in and out
-rats jumping behind the walls
-poor trash management

A living hell
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was rent stabilized
Cons:
A sewage leak in our bathroom lasted for over a year. Management allowed our ceiling to crumble. Took our ceiling away entirely and then 2 rats fell into our bathroom. There was mold in the bathroom due to all of the sewage. Management painted over issues, and continuously gaslighted us.
Advice to owner:
Don’t rent this place to someone else until the problem is truly fixed.

Dirty Hallways
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large apartments with nice wood floors.
Cons:
Tenants leave trash in the hallways on a regular basis and don’t always use the available trash shoot. The porter does not clean up regularly. Floors are always dirty. People smoke in the hallways.

Landlord is not responsive to tennant complaints.
Advice to owner:
Start responding more often to tenant issues and clean the building more regularly.

Also posting covid related material (like masks being mandatory in the hallways) might be beneficial.
