Pros:
Great location in regards to proximity to train lines and restaurants
Cons:
Absolute terrible construction. There is no insulation between floors and you can hear every single step the people make above you. I am light on my feet and still got complaints. The people above us sounded like they were walking around with bricks on their feet. Landlord would put off doing absolutely any maintenance work in the building. We had a leak from above and drywall falling from the ceiling and it took months for them to even fix the leak let alone the wall. The units look new and updated, but it was not done well.
Advice to owner:
insulate the ceilings/floors

Pros:
Great neighborhood, shops restaurants, parks and subway all conveniently located. 3 large south facing windows.
Cons:
Hallway/entrance is ALWAYS dirty. A ton of dust on ledges and definitely mold. Hasn’t seen a fresh coat of paint in years. Management is inconsistent in their responsiveness. Trash area is several doors down the street.
Advice to owner:
Clean up your building!
