Decent place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Neighbors - Location - Clean lobby
Cons:
- Terrible and rude management company - Super is unresponsive and slow to fix issues - We had a roach infestation and a flooded kitchen and it took them MONTHS to fix it!! How cool!

Hot water issues and unresponsive management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is fairly nice with many nice neighbors, is conveniently located by two subway stops, the sunlight is fantastic, renovated apartment, nice windows. The super is great and incredibly helpful.
Cons:
Hot water is an incredibly frustrating issue. Seems like there is always a problem with the boiler. On average it lasts about 5 minutes but is lukewarm most of the time and is often lower than body temperature. The heat is automatically set based on the temperature outside so the apartment is cold between 45º-68º. When this happens it affects how hot the water is. The management company was contacted about the hot water issue about 5 times in the first 6 months but they failed to respond after the first two messages. The sound outside is pretty unbearable as there is a constant party directly below the windows. Packages are often stolen from the lobby. Bedrooms are small with little storage.
Advice to owner:
Replace your boiler and respond to complaints

Pest Issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
The lobby is very nice, and so is the package area/mail area. Apartments are generally spacious and well kept up.
Cons:
HUGE PEST ISSUES. Rats in the toilet. I repeat, rats in the toilet. Problem was fixed, and then came back. Lots of roaches that come up from where they keep the garbage in the basement. They do not keep up with pest control.
Advice to owner:
Get exterminators in waaaaay more often. This is a health hazard.

Nice building, but certainly not luxury
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building appeared very nice, and the apartment was (mostly) well updated - stainless steel appliances, a 5-burner gas stove, new toilet. The management company was also very good about communicating out when water would be turned off for repairs and when elevator maintenance was scheduled.
Cons:
They did not handle pests all that well. We have German cockroaches in our kitchen, from the drain and dishwasher. It took multiple requests to get an exterminator to come to the apartment and treat the apartment regularly.

Good location :)
Former Tenant
Pros:
Mostly clean building, very close to trains, big rooms with built in closets.
Cons:
Super and management don’t communicate and are hard to get in touch with.
Advice to owner:
Allow more direct communication to property owner rather than just through super.
