Pros:
Soundproof is the only good thing
Cons:
constant cockroach infestation, not improved; landlord does not respond to maintenance requests; heat is not working; mail keeps getting stolen

Good location, can’t hear neighbors for the most part
Cons:
Cockroaches, super doesn’t respond to anything, packages stolen, garbage situation is terrible

Hire a new super

Good soundproof because walls are thick, but thats about it
Cons:
Clear Cockroaches infestation, agent showed a different unit photo, ASK FOR ACCURATE UNIT PICTURES
