Great neighbors, building needs work
Former Tenant
Pros:
Mini-split AC units Big windows/lots of light Quiet units
Cons:
Building is not the cleanest Poor quality building materials (eg contact paper covering cabinetry) Modern amenities (washer/dryer, dishwasher) make the kitchen drawers and lower cabinets not very useful.

Unresponsive management owner
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors are great no one ever bothers anyone. Respectful. No noise issues. Quiet. Great location.
Cons:
The management and owner is one of the most unresponsive and useless things. Stuff hasn’t been fixed for years and years with no recourse other than court
Advice to owner:
You’re complicit in this criminal scam

Don’t move here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Roof, Location, Light
Cons:
The front door never works- people’s packages always get stolen The intercom never worked the 4 years I lived there There was flooding in the basement every winter- the water would go down the elevator shaft and u could hear it while u were on the elevator! It was terrifying! One time the heat was off in the winter for like a month The super does not care about this job

Avoid this company like the plague!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment itself was nice - unless anything broke.
Cons:
The building management got worse each time it changed hands. We had a front door that didn’t lock for about four years. Building management totally knew about it and didn’t care. At one point, neither of our front doors locked (you needed to walk through two locked doors to get into the building). I know the building manager sometimes found homeless people sleeping in our vestibule or in our lobby. Anytime anything broke, good luck getting it fixed. Also, the bike room is actually the room that the super uses to chill in, and after a while they installed a new lock on the bike room and didn’t get the keys to the people had bikes in there. If there is a serious problem, related to heat or water, don’t expect it to get fixed anytime soon. No one responded to text or email.
Advice to owner:
Stop being a building manager. You’re terrible at it. Ok
