Great value for location and space, unit needed updating
Former Tenant
Pros:
Affordable rent, large living room and one large bedroom. Has closets in all the rooms. The stairway was nice and was kept clean, shared ground floor with two restaurants both of which had great owners/managers
Cons:
Unit was old and in need of updates. We did loose gas for about two months which made showering and cooking not great. The smallest bedroom was tiny but livable for someone with not a lot of stuff. Bathroom was the size of a coat closet. Communication with property management was touch and go, sometimes responsive others times less as much.
