It’s an okay place

Chronic Bedbugs and Roaches

Great deal, close to express subway at 125th, close to laundromat
Cons:
We did not have a single month of living in this building without pest problems. Had to receive treatment several times for bedbugs and roaches and management didn’t take us seriously, saying we should clean better/etc. They were slow to respond & implied that the bug problem was our fault. I’ve never had such a problem with bugs before- we vacuumed and cleaned every night. It’s been a nightmare. They failed to notify the other tenants in the building of bedbugs as well. E & C management sounds very nice on the phone, but they will gaslight your problems.
