Good not great

Pros

The square footage for the price is great. The location is super convenient. And the super is great at tidying up the trash and recycling.

Cons

There are mice. The building is yet to use a compost bin. And we were without hot water or heating for 20 days while the landlord "waited" on the repairman. This was mid-winter, so you can imagine how much it sucked.

Advice to the owners

Just spend the money to fix the heat next time.
