Concord is an unresponsive management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building used to be really well run but it's been going downhill since 2018.
Cons:
Rats & roaches everywhere. Impossible to get repairs. No super.
Advice to owner:
Abide by the terms of the lease and maintain the building.

Less than bare minimum
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice enough space
Cons:
Complete unresponsiveness. Routinely no hot water. Abysmal pest control inside (roaches) and garbage outside (rats). You will never hear from the property management company once you put pen to paper on your lease. There has been a roach infested fridge in our hallway for a week. Couches and beds left in hallways for weeks at a time. Hallway floors are disgusting. Roach carcasses will be left in the hallway floors because nobody ever comes to clean.
Advice to owner:
Take better care of this building.

horror building, nasty tenants,
Former Tenant
Pros:
nothing nothing nothing
Cons:
the cleaning porter are lazy, rats all around the building, building nasty, dirty, smelly, nasty tenants, that don't really live here, because tenants move out and move other family member in the apartment, and management don't care, you complaint to management they do not respond ok, my apartment have a lots of violation, ok but the want that rent!! this was a beauitful building when i move in 14 years ago, until our first management was taking money. but they was good with your demand, until be got a new management for the building in which it's Concord management, they are horrorable they just don't care
Advice to owner:
we the tenants that care will file a complaint to the housing court, about the poor living condition in this building.also tenants moving other tenants in those apartment when the move out, which it not fair.
