A Nice First NYC Apartment

Pros:
Wonderful !!!!! Super !!!!!!
Spacious
Connected to many subway lines
Close to WholeFoods and new LIDL
New appliances, washer dryer, dish washer
Nice sized bedrooms
Cons:
Management was non-responsive; Upstairs neighbors sounded like furniture was being thrown across the room; Next door neighbors have a child who screams and cries all night; dog owners refused to clean up after their dogs - poop was everywhere on the street; lots of late night parties (non-violent, card games, and music) but loud late into the night
