Nice building. Completely unresponsive owners.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartments are well renovated and well built. Hardwood floors are a plus. Lots of windows in the apartments. Appliances are nice and not flimsy. Neighbors are nice and mostly quiet.
Cons:
- Anything left near the lobby WILL be stolen. Packages and mail are constantly being stolen. Nobody seems to care.
- Good luck figuring out who to get in touch with or actually reaching a human being in management for maintenance requests. 311 reports don’t seem to phase them. The super is also absent.
Advice to owner:
Respond to your tenants’ maintenance requests.
