Sucks to be here currently

Pros:
There are no Pros to share at this time.
Cons:
Vermin Infrequent sanitizing of the common areas Heat is inconsistent Hot water inconsistent Apt repairs are non-existent.
Advice to owner:
Used to be a Great place to Live maintaining the property would increase Great environment and tenants.
