This hell hole isn’t worth a penny
Former Tenant
Pros:
The only good thing about this building is the people here
Cons:
AWFUL MANAGEMENT! Elevator broken for over 3 weeks. Super and management lie about repair dates and falsely mark 311 company’s resolved. Hot water rarely works and every time they fix it the water pressure decreases. Super does not help you ever. Says everything is not his job until your pipes literally explode. Wouldn’t send a plumber to fix our toilet that hadn’t worked in over a month and screened our calls. Neighborhood is awful - shooting every other day.
Advice to owner:
Your tenants are human beings - treat them as such.
