Pros:
This building is located right at the hearts of Harlem so it’s convenient.
Cons:
Too much drug activity going on around the neighborhood, the owner doesn’t visit, management is horrible you rarely get a response from them the hot water works sometimes, the building is always dirty elevators stop working after a while this building is just horrible management stinks.
Advice to owner:
Please get a better management and stop being so cheap we need things fixed in this building.
