Worst of the worst

Pros:
Gas and heating free.
Cons:
Lack of heat in winter
Plenty of mice . Bedbugs appeared 3 times in a year. Drug addicts inside the hall(don’t know how they enter) injecting. Management company only returned my deposit after I told I was going to sue them. Keep out of this building
Advice to owner:
Change the company that manages your building. They don’t answer phone, never return or reply an email. The common areas are dirty.
