Pros:
Location and convenience to the subway, the neighborhood is friendly
Cons:
Moldy ceilings from water leaks, rats, mice, cockroaches, no heat, no hot water, landlord takes a long time to respond to issues, raised rent during COVID19, walls are thin, can hear everything outside and above, appliances are cheap.
Advice to owner:
Be accountable
