A great apartment if you want to live in Harlem
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was a 3 minute walk from the AC with a Duane Reade right across. I loved the neighborhood and I hardly ever saw any crazies where I lived...probably because the police precinct was right across. Overall, I loved the location and the vibes.
Cons:
I did not like its heating. It would make crazy noise when the heating units had to be made. It would wake me up for weeks until I finally somehow got used to it... let them know this needs to be fixed ASAP
Advice to owner:
Fix the heating units and clean it up
