No renewal based on request for disability accomodation
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice building. Quiet. Responsive landlord.
Cons:
Landlord Romulus offered a lease renewal, which we intended to accept. In between the verbal acceptance and signing the paperwork, we communicated a need for a simple accomodation based on a disability. Then, the renewal offer was rescinded constituting illegal discrimination.

Also, we had a recurring mice problem.
