    the landlord makes it worth it

    Pros:
    George, the landlord, is a very kind person who's quick to fix problems. It's tough to find a great landlord in NYC!
    Cons:
    It's an old building so it comes with old building problems. Apartments haven't been renovated in a long time. But the rent is not expensive so you get what you pay for.
    Advice to owner:
    You rock, George.
