Unsanitary...pest issues...need to make changes.

Pros:
The south wing of the building has been renovated and finished for a couple years now.
Cons:
Mice infestation, hallways and elevator smells like the sewer or dead mice. There’s always strangers in the staircase smoking. The security guards are afraid to say anything. The barely do their job. The south wing of the building never got renovated or fixed up.
Advice to owner:
Be more respectful to your tenants. Listen and take care their needs. Stop sending out people who half do their job.
