Parkside housing - good bad and ugly
Former Tenant
Pros:
- great neighbors, you’ll know if a stranger is in the building - across the street from Morningside Park - pet friendly - historic/pre war details maintained - elevator
Cons:
- dirty with frequent roach sightings in stairwells - laundry room is dirty and dryers frequently break - unresponsive management - frequent package theft
