Fantastic Harlem Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very nice apartment. We had no issues or problems. It is an older building but nicely updated with high end kitchen. Great sunlight in front windows (1 BR and living room). Building very secure. Never had security issues within apartment building relating to package theft, etc. Close to Morningside Park which is lovely. Nice bodega on the corner. Subway station close by. Some very nice restaurants (higher end) as well as everyday casual pick-up style restaurants nearby within walking distance. Close to everything great in Harlem. Highly recommend.

New building ownership - not great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean and laundry in unit
Cons:
New management not as responsive to maintenance issues, heat radiators didn’t work properly, lack of communication. Also not flexible with COVID

Bad experience room-share
Former Tenant
Pros:
I lived in this building to share a unit. The area was ok but I didn’t like that people hang around all the time outside.
Cons:
One thing is that the lease holders were the worst to deal with. Very cheap, broke, and do anything to do take advantage of new tenants. Be careful!!

horrible management.
Former Tenant
Pros:
building is decently maintained, but there were rats in the adjacent building i’ve seen go in and out. occasional roaches seen in our unit
Cons:
management is unfriendly and unhelpful whenever i contact them with regular maintenance/insect/security deposit issues. there is only one maintenance person available who works 9-5, when everyone is not at home. they also changed management suddenly without any prior notice other than a slipping a paper under our door to tell us to start paying rent somewhere else. strongly discourage giving money to this company
Advice to owner:
improved service needed; more transparent and upfront information provided to tenants about deposit return process; fairness on your end to provide full maintenance services when requests are submitted; return deposits that are owed in due time according to city law
