Good Until They Upped The Rent

Pros:
The video intercom in the units are amazing and allow you to see outside and let someone speak. Natural sunlight is a huge plus, however, it can be a bad thing in the summer time because it gets extremely hot. Washer/Dryer is super convenient and bedrooms are big for nyc. Water pressure is great and have never had any issues with hot water. Love the layout of the apartment as well with both bedrooms being on opposite ends of the apartment.
Cons:
Broken tile in the entryway so the door to the building was stuck open sometimes. Not enough square footage to justify raising the rent $1k. Took over a week for maintenance to address a work order. Construction went on for almost the entire year we were here, and we were not notified. Noisy area up until late hours- even saw someone get assaulted right outside the building and had to call the police. Management wouldn’t answer the phone past 3pm.
Advice to owner:
The text reminders about maintenance & pest control are extremely helpful, keep it up!
