Good middle of the road option
Former Tenant
Pros:
-spacious living room
-Great natural light, all windows face street
-apt and appliances in good condition
-trash and recycling cans in basement
Cons:
-management/super not very responsive. Hot water stopped working a few times and it took them a long time to fix
-there was laundry in building for first couple months and then they broke and haven’t been fixed despite many requests (we’re coming up on a year)
-small bedrooms
Advice to owner:
More attention to needs of the tenants

Very Noisy Spot
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very central to transportation.
Cons:
The management of the Unit is Poor. They either don’t respond or take forever to fix things. Too much noise. The Fire Department is near and other Sirens all night long, good luck sleeping. The hallways are not properly maintained. The heat sometimes don’t work. The superintendent is lazy and unresponsive and the turnover in the building is high.
Advice to owner:
Manage your property better to decrease turnover and keep your tenants happy. You only are interested in collecting Rent.
