In unit washer dryer Super is nice Very quiet Spacious

Cons

Owner refit hallways with no rent reduction/ accommodation to the current residents during construction Very unresponsive except in emergency Terrible brokers Costs way to much for no ongoing upkeep Doesn’t keep hallway clean

First nyc apartment experience

Pros

Close to subway, near the famous Apollo Theater.

Cons

It was next to a burned down store. Landlord was rude. Problem with mice coming from the kitchen.
