Don’t rent unless you are prepared to fix everything
Former Tenant
Pros:
No honestly m. Management is horrible. The apartment is pretty spacious but there are more cons than pros and not worth it
Cons:
Roaches, no heating, old appliances. Super and landlord don’t care about fixing issues. Rent as it so they don’t clean apartments or make sure things are working
Advice to owner:
Get new management

Great place, bad owner
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment itself is huge and gorgeous. Having two bathrooms and a separate kitchen was a game changer!
Cons:
The owner is an actual child and a moron. We had water damage, black mold in our bathroom, mice, and a broken front door (to the building). And I understand issues like these happen, but some of these weren't fixed for weeks! The apartment building was fully open for multiple days with no front door. And we had black mold in one of our bathrooms for three weeks, making it unusable.
Advice to owner:
Fix things fast.

Terrible landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large Apartment with no neighbors on your floor
Cons:
Landlord is very unresponsive, unreliable, and sometimes just rude.
