A Few Pros, but Overall Not Great
Former Tenant
Pros:
*Affordable *Very close to a great subway line *Close to tons of great parks *Close to Columbia and City College
Cons:
*Mice!! It’s bad!! *Leaky Roof *Toilet Constantly Runs *Leaky faucets *Managements never responds to any requests to fix any issues or problems (the only time they ever came was when we filed a 311 report).
Advice to owner:
Respond to issues/complainants immediately! I’m very lowkey and understand that issues happen and pests can get into old buildings, but it’s absolutely not ok that you never respond to any complaints.
