Some quirks but it’s nice
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice block, clean, relatively quiet, neighbors are normal, love the locked gate outside the courtyard
Cons:
The building is so hot you want to die, all the time. Heat blasts with no control over it in the winter, poor air circulation and direct sun makes it deathly hot in the summer. My apartment is a small weird shape that makes it hard to fit furniture. The property manager was so bad at his job that I genuinely thought the apartment wasn’t real and I was being scammed.
