Wasn't too bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
I liked the location pretty quiet for Manhattan but close to trains and 125th street. I liked how it had a washer dryer, foyer, updated appliances and 1.5 bathrooms was the standard. Good communication with the super and management. They were very good about pest control and having an exterminator come every month or two. Never had an issue with any pests.
Cons:
The garbage management was kind of a mess. The wifi they provided didn't really work, the hall ways could be cleaner, it just felt a bit run down outside of the apartments themselves.
Advice to owner:
Up the maintenance in the common spaces like stairs, hallways, and lobby
