Pros:
Appropriately distant from Columbia's universe (school, restaurants); building in reasonably good shape; convenient for anyone at or wanting to be around Columbia. Easy access to parks (Morningside and Riverside). Reasonably well connected to stations (1, A, B)
Cons:
Heating not within my control, the access to basement was only through elevator (which had a mind of its own)
Advice to owner:
Nothing, pretty good for the most part.

Street noise from emergency vehicles, faulty laundry machines
Advice to owner:
Upgrade laundry machines, quicker superintendent responsivness.
