Pros:
The door people are friendly and make sure packages don’t get stolen or whatnot. Trash is picked up from outside of apartment door. Always clean and quiet.
Cons:
You have to go to the basement to do laundry and the elevator needs a specific key to go back up. I don’t think there are stairs to the basement either. Also, there is no access to the rooftop. Paint in the bathroom peeling of the wall.
