- Laundry kept breaking
- Was here when elevator renovation was done (3 months without elevator)

Area skews young, can sometimes be a little noisy but still much quieter than most of nyc

Nice neighbors but most things are wrong
Cons:
My daughter was attacked in the elevator of these building.
Landlord never disclosed this issue.
The super is never there as he has a daytime job.
