Pros:
- responsive super, cared about tenants - safe and clean, mainly families & students - relatively quiet, not a lot of parties/loud music - close to multiple parks - elevator
Cons:
- management is stingy abt heat, will freeze in spring & fall - lots of rats in street in front of building (but have never seen one in building) - pest control is pretty sporadic. supposed to come once a month but no sign-up so often missed it

Not a lot, doing great

Building maintenance is a small company Exterminator comes weekly
Cons:
Heat doesn't always get turned on in time in the transitional months
Advice to owner:
Overall it's nice to live here :) There's a package thief, who really should be looked into!

No door man, poor security at front gate

Lobby could use a facelift. Replace tenant appliances.
