Uncaring landlord, old interiors
Former Tenant
Pros:
The stairway and garbage area are kept relatively clean and orderly
Cons:
There has been no intercom or buzzer system in the building for over a year. Landlord does not care, management is completely unresponsive, and the super is overbooked. Old apartment interior in need of renovation and repair (floor boards, gaps under baseboards, radiators). Rodents and cockroaches in walls/building.
Advice to owner:
Replace the intercom/buzzer system for the safety of tenants and delivery people. Respond to tenant communications and complaints.
