Pros
Location, location, location. Great amount of space. No pest issues. Backyard
Cons
The building is not well insulated. All things upstairs and outside can be heard. There have been multiple leaks that have caused some of the closets to smell like mildew; some of the appliances are outdated and there is no laundry in the building.
Advice to the owners
Update some of the fixtures and insulate the floors/ceilings better so tenants can have more privacy and quiet from eacothers living spaces
