I stayed here for a few weeks via Airbnb to rent a room. Surprisingly, it was a really good stay. I give props to my Airbnb host who, though a little disorganized, kept the place clean. Water pressure, space, kitchen, everything was good. I was super thankful to find a cheap space that wasn’t infested with bugs, a mold situation, leaks, and other common problems!
Cons:
None! For the price, it was a very “basic” stay but I’d say as basic as it was, it’s far above average - this says how bad NYC properties are in general.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good work! I hope you’re doing well during this pandemic!
