The attentiveness of the staff.
Cons:
The extremely noisy neighbor in Apt 44. Avoid renting units nearby above and below at all cost. Will blast music from midnight to 4AM daily.

-Great size for the amount you're paying -good heat
Cons:
-downstairs neighbors play music all night; kept me up all night before a final, and they don't turn it off despite how many times you ask
