    Very clean and well-maintained. Quiet building. Absolutely no issues with pests.
    Cons:
    The laundry machines in the basement could be faulty.

    Spacious apartment, gets great light, super is very responsive and helpful

    Packages stolen easily (comes with the lack of doorman)
