Nice rooms, persistent issues with mice

Pros:
Generally quiet, never had issues with packages getting stolen.
Cons:
Consistent issues with mice, the rooms are uneven (I can't use a rolling chair in my bedroom)

beautiful apartments and lovely open spaces

had a mouse situation that was not well resolved during the winter but went away in spring and was fixed eventually with pest control
