Nice Apartments, Poor Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice apartments with great layouts at a decent price for the area. Washer/Dryer and dishwasher. Close to subway.
Cons:
Exterminator is unreliable and bugs and mice appear frequently. Trash area not well managed. Gas has been out since August.
Advice to owner:
Super needs to be more responsive, exterminator needs to be more reliable, trash area should be better managed.

Living Here Was OK
Former Tenant
Pros:
The walls were thick, so never heard any noise from neighbors (adjacent or upstairs), appliances worked well, the hallways were usually sufficiently clean.
Cons:
Very unpleasant building manager, the super was alright but could be unpleasant at times as well, rodent problem in garbage disposal area, problems with hot water, problems with windows.
Advice to owner:
The garbage disposal area needs better maintenance, hot water problems needed to be addressed, and while some people in the management office were alright the head of the office was very rude and often unresponsive.
