Ricardo’s a dictator

Pros:
Sandy the super is amazing, he does a fascinating job and helps out whenever he can.
Cons:
Ricardo the president of the building administration is a total hypocrite, he does everything he tells his tenants they can’t do. He throws party’s in the basement which is illegal, due to the basement being part of the buildings administration office so he is throwing party’s where all of everybody’s important documents and pay stubs are. He gets into physical fights with tenants he doesn’t get along with, (I’ve witnessed this happen in person and have videos of the cops taking them away for proof). He plays super loud music, he tells tenants they can’t idle in front of the building even though him and his wife stay in front of the building covering the doorway all the time, he is super disrespectful when you try and tell him about a problem or about something he is doing that other’s can’t, his wife is super disrespectful and has no manners (if you say anything bad his wife will start full on having a screaming match with you). He tries to make his own rules up so they can benefit him and him only (aka his friends who don’t live there).I have a service animal and he even tried to get me evicted because of my service animal which is totally ILLEGAL ( he went as far as forging a FAKE lawyers letter and even FORGING THE LAWYERS SIGNATURE) we even got in contact with the lawyer and has no idea of what letter we were taking about (for proof). They are just very bad representations for the building and the rest of the nice people who live there.
Advice to owner:
Get Ricardo out of office or else nobody would want to live here.
