Enjoy living here
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is good, the landlord responds back quickly. I love the space
Cons:
my bathtub is too small to use for a tub. Not sure if the other apps have the same problem but this is relatively minor.

Average Harlem Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Right next to city college so area is full of cool college kids. Building is well maintained.
Cons:
Building could use extra security. Maybe a gate in front of the buzzer.

Needs work !
Former Tenant
Pros:
•nice super
• clean building thoroughly
• when needed get things done
Cons:
Apt is way too small for a two bedroom . Honestly , I believe it was a 1 bedroom and they separated into two . Rent is too high for the space provided . When I moved in the landlord , broker & super did nothing to fix what needed to be fixed into apt before I moved in until after I moved in ! Literally took my money , but the apt was kept the same from the last tenants that was here before me . Owner only gave $200 off rent after three months later .
Advice to owner:
Need to re-evaluate what you’re charging for rent . Be more consist to your tenants and do your part as a property manager instead of being money hungry . Money doesn’t last forever , your charter, principals and integrity will .

Great building for the price, annoying management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of space for the price and location; zero bugs/pests in two years; very friendly and helpful super; great location with multiple subway lines in walking distance.
Cons:
The management company tried to take our security deposit because we were slightly late saying we wouldn't renew the lease, even though we had never agreed to a deadline. We had to have a lawyer call them to get our money back, and they took their time with it. Also, no laundry in the building, but there's a laundromat on the corner. And the water pressure was so powerful that the shower was borderline uncomfortable.
Advice to owner:
Hire a management company that doesn't try to scam your tenants when they leave.
