Horrible communication
Former Tenant
Pros:
The place is pretty clean and a decent location.
Cons:
If you have any issues at all it can take up to two years to resolve. The management of these buildings is the worst thing I have ever seen. You won’t get anything fixed unless you call 311.
Advice to owner:
Hire better managers.

A few pest problems, extremely slow response time from management
