So so, need better maintenance crew

Pros:
Close to transportation, good heat and hot water, close to drugstores and supermarket and two hospitals
Cons:
Hard to get things fixed and responses from management and superintendent and especially handyman
Advice to owner:
Get better handyman!!!!

Dirty. Walls too thin. Garbage left outside of doors?!? Roaches on walls…
