Can be better

Pros:
The super does his best with what he has but it would be nice if her was more eespinsivenor on site when truly needed..
Cons:
It rains inside the building, they only do patch work but never fix the roof. There are loose steps and landlord will not make updates to long term residents apartments withiut rent increase.
Advice to owner:
FIX THE ROOF!!!!
