Well maintained building

Pros

Coop board which is pretty on top of things, on site super, free exterminator

Cons

Roach infestation near the end of my lease (but was dealt with by an exterminator), super thin ceiling so I could hear my upstairs neighbors and their dog all the time, there was a courtyard area but it wasn’t really maintained

Advice to the owners

To do something about the noise (like having renters have carpeting) and perhaps have a nicer courtyard area that residents can use. But generally, good building and no huge issues
